NPTEL Local Chapter

The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) has been established at Brilliant Grammar School Educational Society’s Group of Institutions – Integrated Campus (BRIG) with the formal approval of the management. The initiative operates under the guidance of a designated faculty member who serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication between NPTEL and our institution.

The SPOC receives timely updates and notifications regarding the latest NPTEL courses, workshops, and academic resources, and shares this valuable information with both faculty and students. This ensures that our students remain aware of current opportunities to enhance their technical and professional skills through high-quality online education directly from India’s premier institutes such as IITs and IISc.

Under the guidance of the SPOC, dedicated mentors are identified for various NPTEL courses. These mentors play a crucial role in motivating students to stay active throughout the course duration, monitor their assignment submissions, and offer academic guidance to clarify doubts and ensure better learning outcomes.

Through the NPTEL Local Chapter, BRIG provides its students with a dynamic platform to access world-class content, gain industry-relevant certifications, and strengthen their conceptual understanding of core subjects. This initiative reflects our institution’s ongoing commitment to integrating digital learning and national-level e-resources into the academic ecosystem.
