The main aim of the Placement Cell at Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions (BGTI) is to ensure that students are placed in reputed Multinational Companies, NGOs, and both Government and Private sectors. The cell works tirelessly to match the skills and aspirations of our students with the dynamic needs of the global job market.

All students registered with the Placement Cell receive placement assistance, training, and career counselling to guide them towards successful employment or entrepreneurial ventures. The cell actively encourages young engineers and professionals to participate in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) and adopt an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach for a brighter future.

The Placement Cell provides logistical and infrastructural support for visiting companies during the entire recruitment process. Acting as a bridge between industry and students, the cell ensures that learners are well-informed and well-prepared to choose the right career path.

The department coordinates the selection and recruitment processes for various organizations based on their specific requirements. It maintains strong ties with a wide network of corporate firms to facilitate internships, industrial training, and full-time placements for students across Engineering, Pharmacy, and Diploma programs.

Regular seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions are conducted to enhance technical proficiency, communication, and personality development.
