At Brilliant Grammar School Educational Society’s Group of Institutions – Integrated Campus (Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Pharmacy), a structured and strategic training approach is implemented to enhance the employability skills of our students. We ensure that every student receives comprehensive exposure to both technical and soft skills essential for successful career growth. The following specialized training programs are conducted regularly:

Product Development Training

From the first year onwards, students of B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) are introduced to IT career opportunities through continuous learning modules. This includes IT workshops, Level-Up sessions, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) training. The top-performing 600 students across the group are shortlisted for Advanced Product Development Training, preparing them for hackathons, dynamic programming challenges, full-stack web development, Python/Java training, and coding bootcamps. These students consistently excel in Smart India Hackathon and national-level coding competitions conducted by reputed companies.

IT Training for Circuit & Core Branches

Understanding the limited opportunities in traditional core industries, our institution has introduced customized IT training programs for ECE, EEE, Mechanical, and Civil students. This initiative empowers non-IT students with industry-relevant IT skills, resulting in a 40% increase in placements for non-IT departments.

Specialized Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)

The Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program is a key initiative designed to improve the aptitude, reasoning, communication, and interview skills of our students. Conducted in association with leading industry training experts, the program focuses on helping students confidently clear recruitment tests, technical interviews, and HR rounds.

Every department actively collaborates with the Department of Humanities to strengthen language, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Students also engage in group discussions, debates, jam sessions, and cultural activities that foster leadership and teamwork.
